Right now I'm starting to get frightened now, I have my nomination and it'll take 4-6 weeks for my work permit so I'll be moving sooner than I think.
So much to do now, am I still doing the right thing? (is this the bit where the doubts creep in) been waiting for this moment for years and now panicking.
Is this normal.

If I was you I would write down everything I need to do and then try and put it all in some kind of order. Ive found it all like a ball of string, ok when you find the end but when you loose it

I think it's perfectly normal to get the jitters. How exciting, you should be living and working in NS by August. Lucky you!

Does it freak me out that I ended up meeting a Scottish guy a few months ago and we really like each other and now I'm moving, doesn't life throw spanners in the works.
Obviously I'm still moving but it's going to be harder now.

Chuffed to bits for you chicken. You are only human and are bound to shit yourself, I think I shit myself daily for about six months in the lead up to my move :L
I'll start saving the gas money for a road trip to come and visit when you are settled.
You have wanted this for so long, grab it with both hands and enjoy every minute. I'm proud of ya
