It looks like the broadband option is perhaps the best way to go if you are going to be living in Canmore.

Here is a list of Radio stations in the Banff/Canmore area. Notice most are in and around Banff so I'm not sure how good the reception in Canmore is.

Harvie Heights is in Canmore and Exshaw is not that far east of Canmore.

Cheers

Hey OzRob - we have been to Canmore three times now and would love to live there and despite having friends there we felt it might be too much of a culture shock, i.e. "too far away from things" .......... mainly the sun (and maybe radio stations!!) We are planning on starting in Calgary and maybe working our way over there. When are you hoping to land?

You'll get over that UK distance thingy!! Calgary is a little over an hour from Canmore. It will not take you long before you start thinking that that distance is not that far!! Perhaps you can settle in Cochrane which is between the two to have the benefit of both places.

I'm planing on landing in Calgary in November. This is so that I can get the full benefit of the long cold Albertan winter.
