Here is a list of Radio stations in the Banff/Canmore area. Notice most are in and around Banff so I'm not sure how good the reception in Canmore is.
Harvie Heights is in Canmore and Exshaw is not that far east of Canmore.

(and maybe radio stations!!) We are planning on starting in Calgary and maybe working our way over there. When are you hoping to land?J

I'm planing on landing in Calgary in November. This is so that I can get the full benefit of the long cold Albertan winter.
