As you can see there current processing time for cases requiring interview is at
least 36 months, so you won't get interview invitation letter before the end of 2003
(at least 30 months into the process).

Also as you can read CHC Singapore will not reply to any status requests made within
36 months from application date.

Once you received letter stating that interview is required then don't expect the
waiver - it just won't happen. All applicants who applied before 2002 who are
interviewed after March 2003 will have to meet new selection criteria and points
grid, although with the lower transitional pass mark of 70 points.

It is mentioned in my letter that you need 15-27 months.
Besides one of my friend who applied in February,2001
attended his interview on 4 June 2002 in singapore.

36 months may be applied for who are applying currently.
