Any body care to post the margin of error on these stats..

my guess is when that’s factored in you'll find that the UK and Canada very much on Par...
Swap out chav for ‘redneck, druggies, youth gangs etc (depends on your city) ’ or vice versa in the press, and hey presto they match!!
