Default Insurance Question???

In a bit of a pickle here.... So i've bought Canadasure three month expat cover for our move over to BC but i'm having to head back to the UK for a while to tie up some loose ends. As with every time i've been over here i've flown in/out of Seattle rather from Vancouver but unlike when i landed where Canadasure were happy to bolt on some "on-route" insurance they wont do the same thing on the way back to the UK, great!

I cant get insurance from any UK travel insurance company as i'm not in the country and i dont have a "fixed" address in Canada yet or a billing address in Canada for one of my cards as i'm still moving about so i cant get Canadian travel insurance!

I also cant change my flights... Am i screwed or does anyone have any bright ideas? The only option i can think of is just to go without insurance but you know, sods law and all that

Cheers,

Rich
