So why are all Vancouverites constantly bitching about how much rain etc do you see many posters from Winnipeg bitching about the cold in Winter

Vancouverites now frantically googling to see how Vancouver is better than Winnipeg lol.

They're not.

There's a guy in my building who moved from Winnipeg who swears he'll never go back. He said it far too cold in the winter and far too hot in the summer with too many mosquitoes. He laughed at its two seasons. Snow and Mosquito.

By your calculation, he represents all people in Winnipeg

I'm a whiner. If I was in the 'Peg there'd be no end of threads about how frigging cold it is, die mosquitoes die, etc

I may also be a bit of a drama queen.

I love that steam clock. You know I was offered some crack down there once - which was good because I like to keep it real without any of this touristy nonsense.

Yes you are and would be
As for threads about rain in Vancouver how many have participated in the following threads and these are just the threads specific to weather in Vancouver and not thread drifts from countless other threads.

Out of the 2M+ residents, not that many. Maybe more users on this site are in Vancouver than Winipeg

That said, people here complain about the weather in the same way they do in other areas of Canada, the UK, and other western countries.

I guess that's a comment on our relative appearances. Junkie or punter - I'm not sure which is worse!

Much like everybody else does and we can also include the high cost of housing in Vancouver, the morning afternoon commute, the Canucks suck
etc etc.
True I guess with more expats living in Vancouver than Winnipeg I guess I should accept they will be more prone to whining and posting such on this forum.
