I was just looking because most stick to certain areas and I was unable to locate a realtor that covered the whole of NS and NB when I was looking from the UK a few years ago and have only come across one since.

Carla will show houses anywhere in NS. We wanted to buy on the Eastern Shore and we viewed all the way out the Sheet Harbour with her. Houses she is selling are generally in those areas but as a buyers realtor she will take you anywhere.
