Due to the imminent change to the NOC list our application will be sent off within the week
I've waded through the IMM008 thread but couldn't find the specific answers to my questions. These are no doubt simpleton queries but I'm trying to ensure that the forms go through first time, so apologies up front:
Application for PR
a. Section 5, Country of citizenship.......UK or GB or will either be acceptable?
b. Details of Family Members, I have two children in primary school so 'level of education'....No secondary? and 'current occupation'.....student?
Schedule 1 - Background Declaration
a. Section 5, current country of residence......GB?
Section 11
I am in the military, so do I put 'see Section 14?' and leave this blank or submit the same information in both Sections?
In addition to this, after 24 years I have had more jobs than available lines, so I intend to just add an extra sheet with the same format, correct assumption?
Schedule 3 - Eco. Class FSW
Section 10 - funds, what we have now or what we will expect to have when we go over?
Thanks for your patience wading through that.
As an aside, I went to Toronto in Feb to 'network' and on my return sent out some thank you letters. I have just recieved a call from a receipient of one those letters, a polite chat ensued in which I again mentioned that I was hoping to emigrate, to cut a long story short he knows someone who owns a company where my specialisation could be used and would be willing to give him my resume a little closer to the time we intend to go over.
I only mention this as proof that going over and meeting people may reap rewards.
Thanks again

Thanks for such a prompt reply
I have one query which has fallen out from the answer to the funds question: as I will still (no doubt) be serving in the Armed Forces when we submit the documentation we will not have the funds in the bank.
I can prove that I will have guaranteed funds ie, my gratuity and a military pension which starts immediately after leaving. Would this be accepted as sufficient? The actual figure would exceed what's required.
In addition, we will still have the positive equity in the house, but that - obviously - does not have a finite figure.
Thanks AmyDavid for the top advice thus far.

Ok, I'm not going to get pedantic over it. The people at CIC are going to accept both aren't they.
