I'm confused.....doesn't take much!!!

I wonder if any one can tell me which airline takes big dogs as excess baggage. i know there have been 1000's of threads but things have changed recently and I've got mixed up with who does what.:unsure: Thanks jo |

What do you mean by big? If the weight of the dog and travel crate/kennel combined is >32kg, they can't go as excess baggage. We were able to ship our whippet-x as excess baggage (that was with Air Canada...and they still take them as excess baggage, I believe) but our large black lab was too heavy and considered cargo (far more expensive!)
