Oh my word and indeed boy do I?? I can't bear all this waiting - maybe it's the weather, maybe it's the traffic, the tourists or simply could be that I just really want to get a move on and get things going and quit this limbo living.

I hate having it all out of my control too... control freak that I am LOL. Oh please tell me that it's not always this frustrating - and we're only waiting for a permit I think it's the house selling that's doing my head in more than anything else, not know when or even if it will be sold in time! Arrrrrgh!!

I know what you mean about the don't care mode - it's true, it is a lie... I'm there going well 'I don't care, not going to think about it...la la la'... doesn't last long but then I just talk to hubby, friend or family and now here too and it goes away again for a while longer.

I know what you mean, we are still here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! waiting to sell our house, we have been waiting since May when Andrew became 'landed'.
Came back to England to sell the house and NOTHING has happened. Property Market is at a stand still. So here we sit hoping that one day someone will turn up and actually take a look at our house.
Until then we sit here with and hope for the best.
But to everyone else who is still waiting- Keep smiling it can only get better.

We know exactly how you feel! We're ready to leave but can't sell the house! We've just switched estate agents yesterday and they seem so much more professional, I'm quite confident we'll start getting viewings soon.

It's just awful, sitting and waiting knowing you have that all important bit of paper sat there (or husband over there, which is worse and i'm hoping mine doesn't have to go before me!)

We're waiting for the WP but also for house to go... ours has only just gone on the market though but we're keeping fingers crossed. Hubby has a job waiting so he can't be here after November, so we're really hoping it'll at least be going through the motions by then.

I have my PR Visa. Got it in May and became "landed" the same week. We can't sell the house :scared: I can stay over here for up to 2 years to fulfill my PR status but it's just sooooooooo frustrating. We too changed Estate Agents about a month ago and they seemed a lot more professional but we still haven't had any viewings. Houses round here in the 160 - 200K range just aren't moving.

Anyway hope you hear something soon

We only had one viewer in 8 weeks so decided to switch. This agent does a virtual tour thingy on the internet so should emphasise how big our back garden is, fingers crossed anyway! We've had to drop the price £5k, I just hope we don't have to drop anymore as otherwise we won't have the 35% deposit we need for a house in Canada. We don't fancy being mortgaged to the eyeballs either...

Anyway sending you some karma I'm sure you'll get the viewers in during September, everyone wants to be in for Christmas, or so I am told anyway!
