How do you put a link to your photo album in the left hand column the way some people do? I cant find how you do that and Ive got some great photos of the view from my house.

You find a photo you want then go to site that shrinks it for Avatar purposes (as a photo image would be far too large). Seach the web for Avatar details. I know you can do it for free. Once you have done this go to your personal details and add avatar. Its been a while since I've done this but from what I remember this is roughly how you do it.

Would love to see a pic. We too are also heading to BC once we have Visas as OH has been offered a job in Chilliwack. Wish me luck as CIC are reallllly dragging their feet. We have 6 months or the offer will be retracted.

Hi, Salt Spring Island is not the place to come for house prices or work Im afraid. Its the most expensive place in Canada now and as you would expect on a small island with 10,000 people, not much work, unless you are in construction, a dentist or doctor or something similar
It depends what you want and need. What sort of work do you do and what sort of lifestyle do you want? This area is for people who want a slow paced, quiet life.
