Default The HRSDC

Can somebody explain to me the process that they go through in making a decision on the approval or rejection of a job offer? Are applications from some industries or businesses simply thrown out because of demand for jobs in those areas? Does anybody know what proportion of job offers would be rejected?

Thank you in advance.

Hi oj here is a link to the Foreign Worker part of the HRSDC site
http://www.hrsdc.gc.ca/en/gateways/n...ogram/fw.shtml

It basically shows that the employer must not be able to employ a Canadian, that they have properly advertised the job, the job will have apositive effect on the Canadian market and that the employer is paying the going rate.
