How to use a Mayteg washer/dryer lse7804ade
No manual in condo. I have now done two loads of washing on different settings and they both came out smelly (i.e. not washed properly). Black trousers had detergent stains on them, so it's not rinsing properly either. Both settings took 25 minutes which i don't think is long enough. There is also only one container which i assume is for the detergent. Where do i put the conditioner then? If anyone knows how to use one of these, please let me know. Thank you.

Does it have a 'quick wash' button? Maybe that is activated.

If you're still stuck, why not ask your landlord for instructions, and/or to service it?

So I decided to do as you suggest and dispatched OH to the Landlady's house to ask her how it worked. She said she would come down and sort it out in an hour or so.
Unfortunately, whilst reversing off her property OH misjudged the turn and deposited the car into a fairly large ditch at the side of the road, this prompted landlady to retrieve her Spanish OH from the fields with his tractor to extract the car.
About an hour and a half after he left OH and Spanish guy arrive back very dirty and very sweaty to be greeted by me saying "oh its ok the manual had fallen behind the machine and its working now". The two guys might have spoken different languages but I know they were thinking exactly the same thing!
So if you do decide to ask the landlord - call them.

The Maytag LSE7806A is also known under the model number LSE7806ACE
The user manual is attached - it refers to several models including the one you have.
You can find it here also: http://www.managemylife.com/mmh/owne...nters-L0505089
Here is the Sears Parts Dept. schematic: http://www.searspartsdirect.com/part...elxxLSE7806ACE
Edit! Both the user manual and the installation manual are available from Sears website: http://www.searspartsdirect.com/part...d=&documentId=
Edit: The detergent goes directly into the washer drum, not in the dispenser. Fill it with water and put the detergent in before you put the clothes in, to make sure it has dissolved or else use a liquid detergent. Soap scum streaks are usually caused by too much detergent, or it could actually be lint build up from using too little water for the load. HTH's

For our top loader we use the disolvable pouch thingies. Liquid detergent works better as you dont have to worry about disolving anything. Our top loader does as good a job as any washer I guess, but then Im not that fussy.
You can get a lot more in a top loader (but dont get too ambitiuous if you want it to come clean), and mechanically there is a lot less to go wrong. They use more water, but on a well I dont care about that too much.
Run it empty with some bleach in it, if the appartment has been empty a while then any water that was left sitting in the bottom of the tub might be contributing to the smell.
