Uh. Phone up the airline and say "I'd like to cancel our flights please". Do you need advice on breathing and falling off logs?

I'm guessing since you're in Winnipeg you're talking about Zoom?

Check here for their T&Cs, you can give the ticket to someone else and change the name for a fee; or assuming you've got no travel insurance and you cancel, you can get half the ticket price back at best.

As, by your own admittance, you're 'special', no doubt allowances will be given
