Could anybody recommend or refer me to good websites for temp accommodation or motels in High River, Alberta, also any general info on High River such as good restuarants etc. We are hoping to arrive mid march just awaiting LMO (which was sent in December)

You can drive around it in about 15 mins. I'd wait until you arrive. Otherwise, you might spoil the surprise.

Do you recommend staying in High River or somewhere on the outskirts then? The job my husband will be taking is in High River thats all.

I like High River. Craigslist etc will be the best place to look for rental properties.

If I remember correctly he's also a mean Jazz ( upright bass ?) player.
