Before pic (taken on Monday) of our back garden and after with snow today.

Last winter I built a full-size igloo for my kids. They sat and had a picnic in it. Its not as hard as it sounds - the last 15% or so in height is the tricky bit where the curve is almost flat on top. Why not give it a go?

We got snow last night too, about an inch I think. David (Spence on CTV) let me down though, he didn't forcast this. According to the Weather Network we have a 100% chance of snow all day Sunday. That'll be interesting!
The dog is zooming about the garden in it as we speak. She absolutely loves it! Can't say I'm looking forward to melting the snow from between her paws though.

Here's a snow monster, carrying a piece of wood for the fire. Special like for HWP. didn't have much time for a snowman or an igloo
But will try something more ambitious next time...
