help wanted
hi all,
I am planning to take the leap and move to Canada as a PR next month and would like to know if a British LGV driving license is valid in Ontario. Any help would be gratefully received. Thank you Smudger22 |

Thank you Smudger22 They only recently allowed swaps of regular G licenses. I think for an AZ you need to take the test again. |

Thank you Smudger22[/QUOTE Hello Smudger The "Z" part of the licence denotes air brakes and you have to have a certificate for that, which means a test - and, I've been told by one well-known driving school, you have to provide your own truck unless you have taken a course with the driivng school!
