A Canadian landed immigrant with a Returning Resident Permit works for a canadian company in Singapore.
She is now pregnant and may have to deliver her baby in Singapore.

The question is
1) What kinds of visa can she apply for her baby in order
to bring her baby back to Canada?
2) Does she have to sponsor the baby using Family Class
Immigration Category? If yes, can the baby wait in
Canada?

Thank you in advance to anyone that answers

If the Father is a Cdn citizen that baby is a Cdn. If not the baby has the
citizenship of whatever country she is born in or is a derivative of her mother or
father depending on local laws. He/she will have to be sponsored to return to Canada.
Contact the visa office in Singapore for more info ontis problem.
