Question help, how to pay immigration fees

we have got our provincial nomination stuff and need to send it to london with fees ( for those interested it took the sask immigration 3 months to produce it )

the web site www.canada,org.uk/visa-info/fees says method of payment is a bank draft in canadian dollars and can be purchased in most major banks
Barclays say can do

HOWEVER

on web site next bit WE DO NOT ACCEPT

says " canadian dollars drafts on banks outside of canada"

which barclays in Oxford is surely a bank out side of canada ????????????

do we need to get one from a canadian bank, how?

can someone who has done this tell us how paid
they dont take eurochqs, crdit or debit cards , sterling drafts, personal cheques

why is everything so complicated ?

ifyou send paperwork through london, a bankersdraft in canadian dollars is fine, it doesn´t matter from which bank, hsbc is a good bank for the draft because they have hsbc in canada
