Hi,
We are finally making the big move to Toronto in October. However, we would really like to have an apartment ready to move in by the time we arrive. Partly because our 2 cats will be flying out about 2 days later.
We are struggling with some apartment rental agancies, mainly in simply just getting a response. We have followed up a couple with phone calls, but does anyone have any advise on how to make agencies pay more attention and respond? Or anyone dealt with a good agent who could help?
Thanks all

In my experience forget the agencies and check out rentals on www.craigslist.ca

You won't get any help from agencies, they focus on property sales. Check craiglist as mentioned above and padmapper. These would aslo tell you if the landlord wants pets or not.
