Hi Tammy. We just booked hotels direct with them in advance via internet - not via expedia or any other third party. We've used Marriott Coutyard, Hampton Inn, Fairfield Inn (I think)... etc... That way you don't pay out anything up front for the room & if you have a change of plan or need to cancel a room booking you usually have up to 5/6pm on hotel arrival day to cancel w/o charge (check small print). This worked well for us when we had a 29hour delay going out with Globespan and didn't make our first night at the Delta Chelsea in Toronto. We were able to call them direct and inform them of the delay so they didn't charge us for the night. Hope this helps.
