First timer to this site, which looks great. Will need to spend a lot of time reading thru it. I am considering making a skilled worker application (accountant) but am daunted by the length of time it apparently takes (39 months before the application is even looked at). Any tips or real life tales would be appreciated, although I am sure there are plenty on this time. Hi to everyone!

I think this new forum is a really good way of winkling a lot of lurkers out of the woodwork!
