We are thinking of emigrating to Canada and i stumbled across this forum last night, so thought i would say a quick 'Hello' before i start reading for another 3 hours

Depending on your line of work, there could be plenty of opportunities for you.
Take a look at the PNP programmes for gaining PR in these provinces, you may be able to get some more feedback/info from other members if you could advise what line of work you are in.

Hope you've managed to browse through the wiki 
there's a lot of reading but I'm confident you'll find the topics helpful. I know I have to keep dipping in and out for info when my mind gets addled with the PR process.Good luck
