Hello

Hi everyone,

My name is Helen i'm a 26yr old female and i found this site whilst researching moving to Canada.
Myself and partner are both police officers in Manchester and are planning on transfering to Canada and i'm hoping that some of the persons on here would be able to assist with some information as it all can be a little confusing:confused:

Hopefully i'll hear from you soon

Many Thanks

Helen:)

Hello, Helen, and welcome to the BE forum.

You may find it useful to read the BE Wiki article called Police-Canada.

The BE website also has a Police forum, which you may find helpful.

The Canada section of the Wiki has many other articles about the process of getting to Canada and settling in once you're here.

Hope that helps.
x

Hi Helen

I am also at the start of the process, we have just got back three weeks ago from a fact finding trip, I had done the short application form within 24 hours of getting back.

I have decided that the best route for us is to use a canadian attorney I'd rather get this right first time than muck up and get long delays.

Hope it goes well for you both.

Welcome to the forum - there are lots of us just starting out on here!

I am sure you will receive some brilliant advice (I don't know how anyone manages to get to Canada without this site!!!)

The wiki is excellent and explains loads of stuff.....
