Default Health insurance question

We are moving to Vancouver next month and understand that we are not valid for medicare health insurance for the first 90 days.

Anyone recommend any options to make sure we have full health insurance cover during that period?

Numerous threads and a wiki article on this. Canadasure is a name that often comes up, but there are others.

Thanks for the suggestions folks. Apologies for not thinking of checking the wikis first. Looks like Canadasure cover exactly what we need.

It is Medical Services Plan not medicare, that's American. It is the balance of the month you arrive and two successive months.

Also register for Fair Pharmacare at the same time, this covers prescription drugs (some) based on your income.
