Hi there guys anyone living in brampton. I current rent in basement apartment but now want to find a decent apartment in a building. I ideally would like to find one near bramlea city centre.
Its so tough to find 1 bedroom in my budget in ok area. I found 1 nice apartment which was in my budget all inclusive 850 per month but its to far away from the mall. I would like near the mall as then when I am at work my wife can walk near by and find everything.
Anyway with knowledge of brampton got any tips let me know.
Tried all the known website but most are asking to much. My max is 900 with utilities included and preferably parking. Its really hard going and I would like to find by May 1st when I need new place to call home.

Hi. We live in Brampton too. I suppose you have tried all the ones on Lisa Street, Silver Maple, Don't know the name of the buildings but the ones on the Corner of Queen and Central Park, Central Park and Hanover has a nice building. I know this one is a bit furthe away but what about the bottom of Laurelcrest and Queen . near Oceans/Value Village etc.
Dont go near the Knightsbridge/Kingsbridge area - bit rough by all accounts! Depends how far your wife wants to walk to the City Centre!
Good luck and feel free to contact via message if you need more help etc.

Have you tried looking at these websites?
HomeTrader (has a map where apartments are)
Gottorent
TheRenter
ViewIt
247Apartments
RentersHotline
This place looks like it could be ok: $850 a month including utilities, on Eastbourne Drive, looks like a nice building.
Lisa Street $850 a month incl. utilites

thanks for the suggestions I will check it out. I think i tried calling lisa street but when you call the price is always different to advert like 100 dollars more.
Anyway will call them up and say i saw the advert and see what they say. Will also check that other place out as well. Thanks
UPDATE: have emailed and left messeges regarding lise street and eastbourne properties so lets see what they say. I did try to phone a few other buildings around bramlea city centre but prices were to much for me.

Hi guys, I have decided not having luck with decent apartment. So have decided to look for basement apartment for now and then in 6 months or so if I want decent apartment pay more and get nice one.
Anyway now looking for 1 bedroom basement apartment which is close to where I am now. I am near torbram and northpark. Ideally with nice space. I think basement apartment I should be able to find a nice one for around 700 per month.
Any advice be great. Have started looking all the websites.

Good luck! We don't know of any basement apartments for rent, but do have friends who live in your area (and ours- which is Williams P'way and Howden) who might know of somewhere. Did you try Kijjiji or Craigs list?
