Sunshine Early Bird pass is about $600ish (You have to be a Alberta resident, but you can show that when you pick the pass up at the hill)
I just find Sunshine is an easy drive from Calgary for very good skiing.... sure, Norquay, Nakiska, etc are a little closer... but the skiing isn't as varied..... Lake Louise is a great hill and will be up there a fair bit this year... However that extra 40mins makes the drive feel very very long.
Also worth noting that once the season starts you can also buy Sunshine or Lake Louise (includes all RCR) cards for around $60, you get your first day free, 20% off all other days and your 4th 8th 10th days free (or something like that!)... works out as good as a season pass if you only ride 10 days max.
I've got a Sunshine Pass, will get a RCR card and a Kicking Horse card. (And still banking on free COP... but i'll post about that if I get it!!)
See you on the hill :-)

Currently also $999 for a RCR pass (Nakiska, Louise, Kimberley, Fernie) or $829 for a Louise only pass.
