You need a licence to do hair in Canada?

Ye Gods!

From what I've seen over the last seven years, a pulse is all that seems to be required.

After much searching, numerous rubbish hair cuts and being made to feel that I had no right to complain I managed to find a good hairdresser. She is Swiss

Sounds about right. The only satisfactory haircuts I have had here have been done by:

A Mancunian
Two Germans
An Italian
An Iraqi
A screamer who used to work at the Savoy, apparently

Souvette has managed to find herself a decent hairdersser. Iranian.

Ahem. A screamer. That may have a different meaning to what I'm used too.
