As an office worker I think the piss tests I'm required to take are just about employers, or in my case clients, wanting to impose a code of conduct on the staff. I think the same is true for people who work in Wal-Mart. There's not much of a safety issue in operating a computer on Monday after having had a joint on Saturday.
