Great Forum
I just love this forum. I am a canadian and have been in the UK for 2 years now. Anyway, I do miss Canada and believe it or not - the weather too. Yes, I have missed snow for the last 2 winters and cant wait to see it again. Reading some of these posts reminds me of home and just warms me to know that I will be back there (Toronto) within 2 - 8 months. ALthough a potential move to Vancouver might happen as well.

Welcome to the forum, mr_alan. Once you have been an expat you are forever changed. Regardless of the direction(s) in which you have moved, you share something in common with all other migrants. I wish you a happy home coming.

As an expat I can understand your missing snow. I appreciate the distinct seasons where I live. Each one has its benefits and sure beats continuous rain which gets warmer in the summer.
