Default GOING HOME

I'm going home. Over 2 years ago whilst on holiday here my mother fell and broke her hip. I stayed to look after her. Now that both my parents have gone I can't wait to go home. So, has anyone got experience of using movers from this end good and bad experiences please. I bought some furniture which I would like to take back but don't want to pay a fortune for the privelege.
Also does anyone know if my HD televison bought in Canada can be used in the UK. I know most electrical stuff needs a special plug but does anyone have any experience of TV's. (To be honest the one I have here is far better than the one I left in England and I would like to take it back).

Thanks Beverly

Hi
Check your TV book. UK operates on the Pal system and Canada operates NTSC, some tvs will cope with both, if yours can it will be in the instruction booklet under Broadcast systems in the spec page.
Can't answer you other question
Good luck with the move back....be prepared for things to have changed in the time you have been in Canada though.
