Getting a house in Canada
I would like to know about some good agents to get a house in Toronto. I am looking for a house for 4 people. Me, my husband and my 2 children. I have already contacted a real estate agent....SNIP...They are yet to call me back. Is anyone familiar with them? :| I would like to know few more agents who can get me a house in Toronto. Can someone help?

How long have you lived in Toronto/ Canada? Are you sure you are mortgage eligible? Toronto is a fair sized city, therefore agents are likely not experts on all parts, so where are you looking?

Hi, I've just rented a property from an agent who actually specialised in property sales and I have to say, they were really helpful. Although my place isn't in Toronto, that's where many of their properties for sale are. >website removed< Mendez Realty and I dealt with Marilyn. Good luck!
