98.9 on the sign and after the 3.5 cent discount 95.4 at the pump in Duncan BC this afternoon.
Never quite understood why they do this discount thing. It's very common at most major outlets out west. Is it the same out east? |

I have no clue as to why or when this practice started. We also have some small independents that post the actual price on their signs so it can be a little confusing. |

What I find confusing is the places with the seperate line (and price) for full service, first time I came across one I thought I'd gone back in time - I still don't know if I'm supposed to tip them or if it's covered in the extra price or what!
