Default furniture and things

Hi. I'm looking for furniture (bed, sofa, etc) to furnish my humble abode. Do you have any idea where the best deals in the city (mississauga/toronto) are? I'm considering second-hand furniture too if you know of any.

Thanks in advance,
eyey

Talk to a few local real estate agents. Their clients often have stuff they want to get rid of when they move.

I bought a few things at the Brick, no discount for me, damnit.

They are good though. You can buy some of the things cheaper elsewhere but we got a bed from an indipendant place in Toronto and it took them months to get it in stock and deliver it and then replace a damaged part and so on. The Brick deliver right away and we had a broken part and they fixed it all in a few days. We also got a brick card which is good as you get no interest for 9 months. just make sure you pay it back before any interest kicks in, hehe. But for avergae purchases it's pretty easy to pay off and saves money compared to buying it on Visa or something. Only annoying thing is their sales people are on comission and they hound you like nothing and follow your every move for fear of losing the sale to another sales person.
