I need moderate French to get enough points. I am already bilingual and am quick picking up languages and am confident that I can get to moderate in approx 6 months. Enough to pass a language test anyway. My question is this? If I apply now, will I have to send proof of language capability along with the application, or can I send it later.

Any thoughts
