Hmm my HSBC account is free, as is the savings and the kids accounts 0 = can use HSBC BMO or any credit union ATm with no charge either!

Hi, we went with HSBC too and so far so good, we also considered Scotiabank, but the so-called 'advisor' didn't have a clue about their product offerings or requirements, so we stuck with the former... Glad I've read this post, good advice for when out 'free' year is up, cheers all :thumbup:
