Hey All

If anyone is thinking about using this company - I am more than happy to discuss our experience with them.

Do not want to go into great detail on here though. Happy to send a response to a PM.

I got them to quote a couple of weeks ago even though they were the 2nd cheapest they didn't fill me with confidence.

We used them. They seemed quite efficient but on the last day when they actually packed the container and they didn't protect my carpets. I have to ge the whole house cleaned before we left.

Everything arrived intact but the packing was a bit disorganised. For example, the team who were unpacking didn't manage to find the bolts for building the beds for ages and they eventually turned up at the bottom of a couple of boxes full of ornaments and toys. This really meant that we had to unpack every single box in one day which wasn't ideal.

Also, alot of wasted packing paper which indicated that they rushed things. Plates etc with 1 or 2 sheets then a small metal thimble wrapped in about 10 large sheets of paper. The unpackers weren't impressed.

In the lead up to packing day we got a call from the depot to tell us that the container wouldn't be ready until a couple of days after our stuff was packed so they were planning on taking our stuff in a van to the depot then re-packing it there. I told them no-way and that either they packed and sealed the container at our house or they could take a hike. They miraculously found another container within the hour so I assume that some less assertive soul got the deal they were wanting me to take.

It all turned out well, but the process could have been smoother. I do know others that have used them without problems, I suppose it just depends on which packing team you get. We were in the Midlands (Stoke on Trent) so you would probably get different packers.
