Any one used Fox removals in Louth, Lincoln for shipping goods to Canada??

I used them in 2005, but from the Essex Office. Whilst the collection of the goods from the UK and the delivery in Canada was excellent I had a couple of problems with the company.

1. I had arranged bike cleaning which was not done -fortunately not checked by customs in Canada.

2. I had to chase them to get the goods sent out, as they were part of a container it took some 12 weeks to arrive, 4 weeks were lost as they had not shipped the goods on the date agreed.

If its any help we used Allied Pickfords moving from Lincoln to just outside Toronto. They were very good. No complaints at all.
