Default Fly Zoom with a Switch Card???

My Mastercard & Visa credit limits come in just under the cost of the flights I wanna book via Zoom (The whole family & cats are going so it gets up there), I checked on their site and it said it takes a Switch Card, fantastic, I got more than enough in the account so lets go, except when I tried to book using my Switch, the Zoom site said "Sorry we only accept Mastercard or Visa" but the option for Switch is clearly there in the Drop Down along with MC, VISA & Delta.

WTF? Anyone ever booked Zoom using a Switch card?

Why not make a payment on your credit card to create a credit balance before paying for the flights?

Bear in mind that you have a lot more protection if you pay for flights with a credit card rather than a debit card.

I would advise against using Switch anyway. They are notoriously difficult and offer very little protection if something goes wrong. I used to work in the Refunds department for a major airline and have seen endless problems caused by people using their Switch cards to purchase a flight.

As suggested can't you just use the money to pay off part of the balance on your credit card and use that instead? It offers far more protection and are far less hassel for all involved.

Just call your credit card provider and ask them to up your limit - if you've money in the bank it oughtn't to be a problem

Obviously I've been out of the UK for too long. I thought a Switch Card must be some sort of dominant-submissive comedian.

Arf arf It's Interac, but cheaper and they accept it on the continent now under the happy euphemism 'Maestro'.

Safe flight TFI.

There's something cheaper than Interac? They pay you?
