Filing and paying income tax on IEC
Hi, Im in Canada on the IEC and Iv been working in Ontario since july after getting here in may and my employers don't deduct the taxes etc, which is slightly annoying but it is up to me to do it in the next few months?. I have been trying to figure out what i HAVE to pay and what I don't and how much I will need to keep saved. I'll say roughly in the time I've worked here I have earnt maybe $15-16,000 at a guess.
For example do i have to pay CPP and EI if i'm never going to use them? since i have to leave Canada in May as things stand

Alternately just forget about tax. You are leaving the country and they will unlikely be after you with much bigger fish to fry. Does your employer pay you cash or is there a proper pay stub involved?
When I did my Work Holiday Visa- I was taxed at source so filed twice to get money back.

Yes i get a pay stub attached to the cheque, I am currently in process of sending off for the visa for 2014 so i feel i should pay it even though i don't want to, i only plan only staying a few months after id renew it in may but i guess id have the same problems next year to although id be long gone by then

Go to a tax preparer, but personally I would avoid H & R Block. I used them once and that was once too often. They made a basic mistakes on my return, which included a lack of understanding of basic accounting terms, resulting in my underpaying $1000 of tax.
