Default Fiasp insulin

I know from posting on here there are a fair number of Type 1 diabetics, you might want to know that a new type of insulin has been recently approved in Canada called: "Fiasp" which is supposedly the same as Novorapid but works twice as fast. It costs CAD $45 for a 10ml vial.

I have to say at first I thought it would be a big step forward but I'm afraid experience has tempered my views. I seem to need twice the dose for the same effect when hyper. But it is quite useful if you go really hyper as it does bring it down very quickly, just have to take a huge dose. The problem is figuring out what that dose is, it seems to be very tricky. Much more temperamental than other insulins I've used.
