I am just completing PR forms and have come to the part where it asks you to detail mother/father etc. The problem is I do not know my father and have not seen him since I was a baby. I therefore do not know these details.

Do you think it is ok to put 'unknown' under that section or could it jeopardise my application?

I put unknown for Half sister and half brother, Step sister and Step brother and Father and Step mother. Oh and two more step sisters. Close family eh? Didn't cause any probs for us Forgetting daughtes Biological idiot - unknown for him too.
