Hello,
I'm Rajat from India. I will complete my BE (Engineering) in Computer Science in May 2006. I wish to pursue MBA from Canada but one requirement for admission is to have a minimum of 2 years of work-ex so I want to work in canada for atleast 2 years before I apply to any MBA program.
As I can't immigrate to canada so I thought of getting admission in some 1 year diploma course after my bchelors so that I can get a work permit after the course.
The Canadian Immigration says that you get a work permit of 1 year for a 1 year study but you can extend your work permit only after permission from Service Canada.
"What are the chances of a work permit of 1 year after the diploma and if I can get a 1year work permit, can it be extended for another year or 2" and
"If can extend my work permit, till what time will I be elligible to apply for a canadian citizenship"
or
"Is there a better option to immigrate to canada".

Please reply as I'm in a big dilemma.
