Have anybody export a car from BC to Europe?

Basically I'm wondering what is a process and how i have to proceed, if I want to export a car from BC without I'm going to drive it here BC. So shall I register and take a insurance to the car in BC or can I export it immediately after a purchase?

Dunno about BC but in Ontario we paid the tax, registered the vehicle and claimed the tax back once we had proof of paying the import duty in Europe. We didn't bother with insurance as we only drove them from the dealer to the airport. We had to register the cars as the manufacturer wouldn't sell us one on the basis of our planning to export it.
