Default Expert advice needed please.

Hi all, I believe there are experts on this site and need to ask a question...

Our immigration package is all approved and completed, but, the LMO expires on 24th Nov. My OH does is creating mountains out of molehills (very long story) and this is not a date we can achieve. How easy is it for the LMO to be extended?

Thanks in advance as I am losing the will to live.

Yve.

Im assuming the validity of the LMO expires on the 24th Nov and not the job. Did you indicate to the employee that you could start before that date?
Normally there is a 6 month time frame for the LMO to be activated in.
The employer will have to start the whole process over again even possibly having to advertise the job. Extension will be decided by HRSDC who approves LMOs.

Thanks for your reply. Yes, it is just the LMO, the job itself is permenant. Can I possibly PM you later as I don't want to put too much info on public view?
