I agree with Hitchw and greghal, forward contracts allow you much more flexibility, as always do some research on brokers to use, ive spoken to a few and service and price does vary!

I have signed up with currency direct they look good to me.
Gonna get a forward contract for a portion of my funds.
then wait and see if it hopefully goes up to send some more.

sensible option Tom, as its going up its best to take advantage of this tbut give yourself a chance of it getting to 2.00!
As Tim01 said you should probably call a couple of brokers as most people on here will agree that the prices do vary!

UKForex have been pretty good with me. As emntioned I have transfered accross a small amout to get me started when I go.
I set up the transfer, UKForex checked to account details. When I clicked the Complete Transaction button in my web browser, I had a call withing two minutes saying that they had recieved at and it was being dealt with.
