Yeesh sorry,

Just thought I'd drop a local I know and trust that could answer the question faster than waiting around for a bunch of posts that may or may not answer your question.

But you don't seem to have even read the question as your answer has nothing to do with it!

If you want to be a part of this forum then please take the time to read the sticky threads, particularly the 'Newbies' one at the top of the forum which will tell you where to start threads and other forum netiquette. Then re-read the site rules and adhere to them - do not post just to lead people to your service, remove your website from your title and place it in your signature instead.

There are many business people that post on this forum to help people out, and do so in a professional manner. If you do the same, you will be welcome here.

Have you thought of an online agent? I have just completed on the sale of my house using one - they advertise on all the same websites; Rightmove, findaproperty etc, arrange viewings and negotiate the sale, however you do have to actually do your own viewings which we thought was ok because even when we used a high street estate we still did most of them anyway.

They also give you a weekly report to show you how many people have been looking at your house online

The upside is the commission; we paid around £850 incl VAT total. Some of this had to be upfront but it was so nice not seeing 000's on the end of the estate agents commission on our solicitors final bill especially as I despise estate agents!! That story for another day.

Just a thought.
