If you apply under this class do applications get processed quicker?

It depends from the visa post and few other factors.

No, i don't think so.

two of my friends spent CAD 500,000 per family to apply in March of 1999. they got
interviewed in last October. now, they're still waiting for the medical exam.

No, i don't think so.

two of my friends spent CAD 500,000 per family to apply in March of 1999. they got
interviewed in last October. now, they're still waiting for the medical exam.

There is no such absurdly astronomical cost involved in immigration process, no
matter what category and no matter how pricey lawyer is used.

Only in the Investor class the 5 years deposit of CAD 400,000 is required, but only
before visa is to be issued. So, don't spread gossips please....
