The 3 Lions has shut down and their Tetley's was off. I went to a bar a few months ago called Smiley's which had a rather decent selection of beer. I think pints of London Pride was on offer although I tend to stick to the cold, yellow and fizzy stuff.

ahh, that's a shame. I'm just not ready for skidding with sticks (ice hockey), need my footy fix. I might see if I can stream it, I'll have a call round the places you've mentioned, but it's not looking good is it.

It'll be on everywhere so I wouldn't worry too much. The only thing is cost and brain cells. Every time we've tried one them early morning down the pub jobbies to watch the football we've ended up making a day of it and rolled home about midnight much to HID's consternation.

I'm not sure that's true. According to livesoccertv.com it's not being broadcast in Canada. There are several web streams though.

My apologies to the OP. I was thinking of the Euros rather than the upcoming friendly. My football thinking has been a little askew since the CL final.
