Question engineering jobs

i,m looking to emigrate to canada but would sooner go with a firm job offer in my hand can anyone tell me the best places to look for jobs. iam a time served mechanical production engineer with 19 years experiance in the oil and gas market ideally i would be looking for a cnc setter operator programmers job in the alberta/bc area any help greatfully accepted
